Step 1
First Visit
Ian Hill will visit your home so we can measure up and see what additional things might need doing, such as moving sockets, plastering, flooring. We can do this by video call too and here is our guide to help you with that.
This is when Ian will listen to all your ideas, concerns and get a feel for your budget. We’re very good at balancing your ideal kitchen with your budget. We’ll talk you through our ranges and leave you with our brochures for you to peruse. Meanwhile, we’ll prepare a draft design ready for step 2.
This is Ian who will visit and guide you through the process.

Step 2
We draw up plans and make 3D renders to help you visualise your new kitchen. Ian will make a second visit to talk you through the design in detail and explain the costings. This is the visit when we get into the nitty gritty, such as deciding where you want drawers or what kind of integral bin you would like.
When you’ve made your final decisions on the style, layout and worktops choice, we put together the final cost. If you’re happy with everything, we book in the fitting date and take care of everything else.
To help you visualise the new kitchen design we present you plan with a series of 3D mockups from various angles.

Step 3
All work will be carried out and managed by us, all you need to do is sit back. We’ll do the work efficiently and keep the place clean and tidy!
Here’s an example project timeline:
- Rip out old kitchen
- Do any additional work (electrical, plastering) and prepare the room
- Install kitchen
- If you’re having Quartz or granite worktops, these are then installed
- The last thing is any final touches and flooring, if you’re having that replaced.
